Acceptance

By using 86Hours.com or joining the fast, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or participate.

The ministry

86Hours.com is a free spiritual ministry of Fall 7 Rise 8. There is no cost to join, nothing to purchase, no coaching, and no upsells. The fast is voluntary and self-directed with the support of a virtual community.

Voluntary participation & assumption of risk

A water-only fast of any length carries physical risk. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for deciding whether fasting is appropriate for you and for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before you begin, during, and after the fast.

Acceptable use

• Treat other participants, volunteers, and hosts with kindness and respect.
• Do not use the site or the Zoom gatherings to promote unrelated products, services, or teachings.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not share other participants' prayer requests or personal information outside the group.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for anyone who violates these terms or disrupts the ministry.

Content you submit

When you submit a prayer request or testimony, you grant the ministry permission to read, pray over, and — for testimonies you choose to share publicly — display it on this site or in ministry communications. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

Our content

Devotions, guides, images, and other original content on this site are provided freely for personal, non-commercial spiritual use. Please do not republish or resell them without permission. Scripture quotations belong to their respective publishers and are used under fair use for non-commercial ministry.

No warranties

The site and the fast are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ministry, its volunteers, and its hosting providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your participation in the fast, including any physical, emotional, or spiritual outcome.

The site may link to third-party websites (for example, book listings or Zoom). We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
